SUMMER SACC 2025

Rates

• $60/day for 2 or 3 days/week

  • $120/week for 2 days

  • $180/week for 3 days

• $50/day for 4 or 5 days/week

  • $200/week for 4 days

  • $250/week for 5 days

One-Time Activity Fee

​

• $100 for those registered 2 or 3 days/week

• $125 for those registered 4 or 5 days/week

Payment Information

All current outstanding balances must be fully paid in order upon registration for summer. 

​

We accept the Child Care Affordability Program (formerly known as Child Care Subsidy Program) reimbursement and offer limited scholarships for families with significant financial hardship.

 

Dates & Hours

 

Anticipated opening: Monday, June 23, 2025 (If, due to snow days, the last day of school in RSU-14 is later than June 17, this will be adjusted)

Anticipated closing: TBD based on RSU-14 25/26 calendar and facilities availability, either August 15 or 22.

 

Summer SACC hours will be 7am - 5:30pm

Schedules & Locations

​

Enrollment is required for the full duration of the summer program. Schedules can be 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week, as long as the schedule is consistent across the summer. This year, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate 1 day/week schedules. 

​

Our Raymond location will be at Jordan Small Middle School, and our Windham location will be in the portable classrooms at the Field Allen School. Both locations will have air conditioned spaces, gym access, and lots of outdoor space.

Field Trips & Activities

​

Our plan and hope is to go off-site a minimum of 1 day each week, and an average of 2 days each week. 

Walking field trips may be added in close proximity to each location.

​

Each location will have themed days and weeks - calendars will be out in May with details! 

​

Field Trips and special events and guests will accommodate children with part-time schedules. Events will be staggered and each day of the week will have at least one field trip or special guest event to ensure every child has the opportunity to participate.

 

Staff

​

Our dedicated team of SACC staff that you know and love will be caring for your children this summer! We are incredibly fortunate to have talented and experienced staff who work hard to make the summer fun and safe. We will also be adding a few new faces as well. 

 

All staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and new staff will go through several days of training and observation prior to June 17th. 

 

At every water field trip, we exceed the safety requirements set by Child Care Licensing. Most of our staff are Water Safety Certified, and we have multiple certified lifeguards on staff. We will not attend any water field trip without at least one lifeguard. 

​

Staff to child ratios for Summer SACC are 1:13. During field trips, we staff for at least a 1:10 ratio, and bring additional staff to support whenever off site.
